How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped in ordinary and discreet packaging.  

How will the purchase appear on my credit card statement?

In keeping with out commitment to privacy and discretion your purchase will appear as "CV Store".

 What if I am not happy with my order?

Due to sanitary reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products however, if you are unhappy with your purchase please email us at info@chastityvillage.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
